i have finally restarted to work on our family website.

i had to update to a newer version of the program i created the whole website with, which turned out to be rather a migration than a simple update, meaning there was quite bit of manual adjustment and tweaking to be done.  some things might not yet look quite the same as before, some might even have changed for the better.

changes have been made to the ‘visual section’ as well.  there is a new album under the gallery tab showcasing nonna’s time here with us. you can see that she has seen and done a lot and she became at least a half-kiwi. life can be very relaxing here and i think it did her really well. adopting the other way seems a lot more stressful as far as i learned from her emails after she got back to germany …

the album ‘living in auckland’ has been redone as well, as there are a lot of new photos, so much has happened over the last year. in another new album ‘3kiwis in europe 2015’ we share the best of our amazing trip to germany, czech republic, france, the netherlands and greece with you. captions for this specific album are in progress. watch this space, as there will be new photos in the galleries from time to time.
